We look forward to welcoming and orienting new faculty to Syracuse each
year. Because new faculty need time to get their bearings, we stage
faculty orientation activities over a two year period, emphasizing
socialization with new faculty colleagues and progressive orientation to
campus opportunities, concerns, and expectations. In addition to general
information about Syracuse and New Faculty Orientation, this site
includes links to materials and resources to assist you as you prepare
to meet your first Syracuse classes. If you have questions at any time,
