Candidate: Electrical engineer with BSEE and 13 years’ experience in electronics design, with expertise in digital and analog hardware design and circuit board layout, embedded controllers, and electronic equipment troubleshooting and repair. Worked in new product development and as staff engineer in university physics department. Recently relocated to the Syracuse area and available for immediate employment.

Candidate: Litigator barred in Illinois, Michigan, and eligible for reciprocity in New York (pursuant to §§ 520.10(a)(1)(iv) & 520.11(a)(2)). Served as law clerk for nearly four years, gaining experience in civil rights, professional malpractice, premise liability, and miscellaneous tort claims. Studied, practiced, and published in intellectual property law. Relocated from Illinois to Ohio to support wife’s career in academia, where candidate became involved in several bar associations, volunteered services pro bono through legal aid offices, and became licensed in the financial services industry and as a high school football official. Relocating to Syracuse this summer and available to begin working immediately.

Candidate: Currently a Principal R&D Engineer in the cardiovascular division of Medtronic working on developing products to treat hypertension. Ph.D. work was in the area of (digital) signal processing with an emphasis on ultrasound signal processing and developing ultrasound products and detection algorithms for diagnostic purposes. The past five years of industry experience has been in the therapeutics side of medical devices and has worked on devices that treated across a fairly broad range of disease conditions including dermatology, ophthalmology and now cardiovascular diseases. Searching for opportunities that will build on the skill sets, technical and managerial know-how acquired over the years and open to opportunities outside of traditional R&D such as product marketing, business development and strategy.
